Honoroad has settled a whole set of quality control standards (mainly on granulating quality and active ingredients content) for each kind of MFA products. And by implementing the established quality control measures, our products can match or even surpass the specified quality standards.
The guaranteed key products indexes as follows:
* Variation range of active ingredients content: ±5% of labeled amount
* CV (coefficient of variation) of active ingredients in MFA: < 5%
* Angle of rest: 25°~ 35°
* Reduction of potency : ≤5% within 2 years (under the normal storage conditions)
* Reduction of potency : ≤5% (keeping for 5 minutes under 90℃ )
The Quality Control System includes two parts:
* Documents Management System (DMS)
Consists of Technical Standard Documents (TSD), Operating Procedure Documents (OPD), and Management Implementation Documents (MID).
Technical Standard Documents（TSD）:
To define the manufacture technics specifications and quality standards during the whole production process.
Operating Procedure Documents （OPD）:
To regulate the standard operating procedure of each independent production and management activity.
Management Implementation Documents （MID）:
To specify the details of implementing TSD and OPD as well as the management measures of implementing In-process Control System.
* In-process Control System (ICS)
Consists of On-site Monitoring Procedure (OMP) and Quality Detection Procedure (QDP).
On-site Monitoring Procedure (OMP):
To guarantee the actual operation of each producing chain is monitored by the appointed person subject to the procedures specified in DMS.
Quality Detection Procedure (QDP):
To guarantee obtaining the qualified finished products by preventing the inferior materials and semi-finished products to flow into next process based on the detection data which is collected from the real time quality analysis to key production chains.
